Shipping & Delivery – JerseyZoneStore

At JerseyZoneStore, we ship to all U.S. states with full tracking, support, and delivery guarantees. Our products are shipped directly from our international distribution centers located in Brazil, Thailand, China, and Sweden.

Shipping Options
  • Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15 to 21 business days after shipment.

  • Priority Shipping: Faster delivery, estimated between 6 to 16 business days after shipment.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery through USPS or 4PX.

⚠️ Please note: During busy seasons (such as holidays, sales, or major sporting events), delays may occur due to factors beyond our control like customs inspections, shipping congestion, or postal strikes.


Delivery Guarantee

JerseyZoneStore guarantees the delivery of your order. All packages include insurance against loss and can be fully tracked online.

If your package is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipment date, we will offer you a full refund or reshipment — whichever you prefer.

💬 If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.


Import Fees

No import or customs fees will be charged to the customer. If any fees arise, they are fully covered by JerseyZoneStore.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping information. If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a correction within 1 business day after purchase at no additional cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped or returned due to an incorrect address, a $20 fee will be charged to reship the package.


Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Accepted Situations:
  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong size, model, or customization)

✅ The product must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

Important Notes:
  • We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. A size chart is available on every product page to help you choose the correct fit.

  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds cannot be processed while the package is still in transit.

  • Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
