5. Personalization Errors: If a personalized product contains errors or defects related to the requested customization.

- We do not accept exchanges or returns after the 14-day period, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of product(s) with signs of use, damage, or broken tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns if the product does not fit the desired size. Please refer to the Size Chart available on the product page to avoid any sizing issues.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized product(s) due to change of mind, as per applicable legislation.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
